Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us at info@jeanocollective.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
JeanoCollective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
JeanoCollective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
JeanoCollective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or lost packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If you realize you've entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@jeanocollective.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
